2. What we collect and why
Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you. These are sent to our reservations email, and a copy is stored in our private staff system so our team can answer you.
Bookings: when you book through our booking page, your name, contact details, dates and payment details are handled by our booking system provider, Beds24, so we can confirm and manage your stay.
We use your information only to answer you, manage your booking and stay, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies
Essential cookies: our booking page, provided by Beds24, uses cookies and browser storage needed to complete a booking.
Analytics cookies: if you click Accept on our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not tell us who you are. If you click Decline, analytics stays off.
Spam protection: our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated programs. It loads only when you start filling in the form, may set a cookie, and sends technical information such as your IP address and how you use the page to Google. This is needed to keep the form working, so it is not switched off by the cookie notice. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Advertising cookies: if you click Accept, we may also use the Facebook (Meta) pixel and Google Ads tags to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. If you click Decline, these stay off.

4. How long we keep it
Contact form messages: we keep them for 12 months from the date we receive them, then delete them. Messages that are spam are deleted sooner.
Booking records: we keep them for as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
You can ask us to delete your message earlier by emailing reservations@boracaybeachhouse.com.
5. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email reservations@boracaybeachhouse.com and we will respond.
6. Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
Every guest room has a private bathroom with a shower, WiFi, cable TV, and a plated breakfast each morning.
